Building libtcod on OS X Mavericks

Compiling libtcod on OS X takes a bit of extra work now that there is no longer official support. Thanks to a thread on over on the forums, I've managed to get a version working on OS X Mavericks. In order to follow this guide directly, you will need Homebrew, Mercurial, and the XCode Developer Tools installed.
